Privacy

This is a short policy because this is a small site that collects very little. It says what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

The project enquiry form. When you send us a message through the form on this site, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, your company, your email address, which service you are asking about, your description of the problem, and a budget range if you choose one. That is the only information this site asks you for.

Basic technical information. Like every website, our host records the pages requested and the network address they were requested from, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this with the form data.

Analytics, when enabled. We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. When it is enabled it sets cookies from Google and reports page views to Google in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. When it is not enabled, this site sets no cookies at all.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not use tracking pixels from social networks. The fonts on this site are served from our own host, so no font provider sees your visit.

Where it goes and who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are read by us from there. If analytics is enabled, page view data is processed by Google. Both operate under their own privacy terms. We do not pass your information to any other third party.

If you become a client, the information you gave us moves into the systems we use to run our engagements, and our written agreement with you covers how it is handled from there.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as we might reasonably need to respond to you and follow up, and then removed. If you did not become a client, we do not keep your enquiry indefinitely.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact form on this site and say so, and we will confirm when it is done. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
